Sarah Long, PA-C  is a nationally-certified physician assistant. With an illustrious career spanning over 18 years, Sarah has garnered extensive experience in healthcare with experience in orthopedics, emergency medicine, urgent care, and primary care specialties. Originally from Southern Illinois, Sarah grew up on a farm in a rural area. She credits her passion for serving rural populations to her positive support and experiences growing up in a small town. She is excited to start her practice in McMinnville and continue her career providing excellent patient care at LifeLong Primary Care. 

 

Sarah received her Bachelor's in Science and Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the Rosalind Franklin University Physician Assistant Program in Illinois. 

 

When Sarah is not devoting her time to her patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters. She enjoys hiking, boating, concerts, and anything outdoors. 

 

Sarah is particularly passionate about preventing and treating early disease with lifestyle modifications and healthy living choices. She warmly welcomes all patients to LifeLong Primary Care and looks forward to working with them to enhance their health.
